GENERAL REGULATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA – GDPR
- Data we collect:
– Name and Surname, Address, telephone number and e-mail address
– IP number or the address from which the customer accesses the website
– Date and time of access to the site visit
- The legal basis for the processing of personal data is in the case of an order (contract – distance purchase), which means that the customer consents to the personal consent of the processing of data.
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of communication by e-mail, SMS or telephone for the purpose of processing the order, answering an individual’s question or inquiry. In case of consent to the notification of new offers on the website www.carovnik-nal.si , personal data are processed for the purpose of notification by e-mail.

The controller must respond to a request from an individual exercising his or her rights in relation to personal data without undue delay and no later than within one month of receiving the request.
